Our focus on high quality ingredients and no added flavors or colors is what led Beverage Industry News (BIN) to rate SoCal Silver at 95 points, the highest score ever awarded to a silver rum.  Other accolades include a Double Gold medal at the SIP Awards, a gold medal at the San Francisco International Spirits awards (the largest in the world) and medals in both London and Los Angeles competitions.  We are also gluten free, with only 65 calories per serving.

We love the Earth, so we use sustainably farmed virgin sugar cane. It’s a LOT more expensive but it is better for everyone and gives SoCal a unique taste you can’t get anywhere else.

Deep within Mother Earth lies the best water. We filter this water to one micron so any impurities are removed before meeting our virgin sugar cane.
