Our focus on high quality ingredients and no added flavors or colors is what led Beverage Industry News (BIN) to rate SoCal Silver at 95 points, the highest score ever awarded to a silver rum.  Other accolades include a Double Gold medal at the SIP Awards, a gold medal at the San Francisco International Spirits awards (the largest in the world) and medals in both London and Los Angeles competitions.  We are also gluten free, with only 65 calories per serving.

SoCal Rum Always Delivers Great Taste!

WHAT GOES INTO OUR RUM?

Do you know what goes into your rum? It’s probably not what you think. Many distillers add flavoring or color to smooth out the taste of nail polish remover.
We use only the finest deep well water in our rum, both in the fermenting and the proofing process. We use the finest virgin sugar cane from Barbados and we ferment with our proprietary blend of yeast and yeast nutrients (to keep them healthy and happy making rum). It takes long hours and dedication but you’re worth it.
